The African Leadership Business School is a Capacity Building Institution for Leadership Development. Its Mandate is to deal with the Leadership Challenge of Africa and connect people, Ideas, Initiative and Resources for Africa’s Development and Agenda 2063 by The African Union.
The African Leadership Business School will Build Partnership with The Private Sector towards Africa’s Common Prosperity and Development. The idea for an Afro-Centric Business School on Leadership is to create a Leadership Programmes that will reflect our Culture and Diversity.
The Goal of the ALBS is therefore to Facilitate Knowledge-Sharing Platform Between Africa Leaders the Private sector and Academia to solve issues affecting Africa and how the continent can harness its vest resources to enhance the Development of Africa people also, ALBS will creates a Suitable Environment for Leadership Excellence which will remove obstacle that inhibit the conduct of Business in Africa.
The African Leadership Business School has Development Programmes and Initiatives in Pursuit Of all Agenda 2063 with Specific Emphasis on the following area: Leadership Skill Development and Young Leadership and Entrepreneurship, Woman Leadership Skill Development and promotion of integration and management of diversity.
